Kantha is a white-label platform for alumni associations: one global site, a site for every chapter and a members-only network with a directory, events, meetings, jobs, mentoring and a digital alumni ID. All under your own name.
The name comes from the nokshi kantha, the Bengali stitched quilt: many pieces of cloth stitched into one, the way chapters around the world become one network.

How it works
Choose an edition and pay once. We install Kantha on your hosting, or host it in our cloud.
Add your name, logo, colours and domain. Create your chapter sites and choose who runs each one.
Import your member list or open the join form. Chapter admins approve members, and the network grows from there.

One network, many chapters
Chapters share one install and one member list, so every member has one account, one profile and one alumni ID, whichever chapter they belong to. Each chapter still has its own pages, admins and voice.
Member accounts are never charged per member.
Live demo
The public demo runs a fictional association, Riverbend University Alumni Association, with sample chapters, members, news, events and courses. No request needed.
The sign-in page lists demo sign-ins for a member, a chapter admin and a global admin.
Create a chapter, post news, run an event, approve a member. Emails are only logged, never sent.
The demo data is reset every night, so nothing you try can break it.

Only approved members, and only as far as each member allows: the whole network, their own chapter, or no one. Photos appear only with the member's consent, and email addresses are never shown to visitors.
Yes. Members can be imported from a spreadsheet or an online form, and people already on the site are matched instead of duplicated. Our setup service, $300 one time, does the import for you.
Either. With a licence, we install Kantha on your own hosting at no extra cost. Or add our cloud plan for $69 a month or $690 a year and we host it, keep it backed up and apply updates for you.
The licence is a one-time payment and the first year of updates and support is included. After that, updates and support are 20% of the licence per year: $240 for Standard, $400 for Professional and from $700 for Enterprise.
Your site keeps working. New versions and support stop until you renew, and nothing is ever deleted.
